5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

5.2 International Orders

We ship globally except some Asian and remote regions. International customers:

• Are responsible for customs fees and import taxes
• May experience longer delivery times
• Should check local regulations for restricted items

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We want you stoked with your gear:

• 15-day return window from delivery date
• Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached
• Original packaging required
• Customer pays return shipping (except for defective items)

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

• Swimwear & Boardshorts (if hygiene liner removed)
• Final Sale items (marked in product descriptions)
• Personalized/Custom items (Creators Collection, Jack Soren Collection)

6.3 Exchange Policy

Need a different size or color?

• US customers: Free exchanges in continental US
• International customers: Must return original and place new order
