Order Processing
We hustle to get your gear ready to ride:
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days after order confirmation
- Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
- Free Shipping: Orders over $50 ship free via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)
Pro Tip: During peak surf seasons (summer months), allow an extra 2-3 days for order processing as we handle higher volumes with care.
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions) using our standard methods. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
Not completely stoked with your gear? No worries – we make returns easy so you can get what works for you.
Return Basics
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)
- Refund Method: Original payment method
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear & Boardshorts (including items from our Boys, Eco Shorts, and Hybrid Shorts collections) if the hygiene liner has been removed
- Final Sale Items (clearly marked in product descriptions)
- Personalized or Custom Items from our Creators Collection or Jack Soren Collection
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

- Reason for Return (Doesn’t fit/Changed mind/Defective)

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package your item with:
- Original packaging
- All tags attached
- Included accessories
- Copy of invoice (if available)
Ship using a trackable method (we recommend DHL or FedEx for international returns).
Step 4: Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
- Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval
Exchange Policy
Want a different size or color from our Collections?
- US Customers: Free exchanges within continental US
- International Customers: Need to return the original item and place a new order
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged (like a High Seas Wetsuit with issues):

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label if needed
Sustainability Tip: Our Eco Collection and Eco-Lastics line are designed for perfect fit and durability – these sustainable products rarely need returns!
International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
