Our Return Policy

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear & Boardshorts (including items from our Boys, Eco Shorts, and Hybrid Shorts collections) if the hygiene liner has been removed
  • Final Sale Items (clearly marked in product descriptions)
  • Personalized or Custom Items from our Creators Collection or Jack Soren Collection

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (4553 Lords Way, Memphis, US 38110)

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your item(s) with:

  • Original packaging
  • All tags attached
  • Included accessories
  • Copy of your invoice (if available)

Ship using a trackable method (we recommend DHL or FedEx for international returns).

Step 4: Receive Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval

Exchange Policy

Prefer a different size or color from our Collections? Exchanges are free within the continental US. International customers will need to:

  1. Return the original item following standard procedure
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your High Seas Wetsuit or other item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll provide a prepaid return label if needed

International Returns

For customers outside the US (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
