How do I choose the right wetsuit size?
Check our detailed sizing charts for each wetsuit collection. Our 7 Seas and High Seas wetsuits follow standard surf sizing, but if you’re between sizes or have specific fit questions, email us at [email protected] with your measurements and we’ll help you find the perfect fit.
Are your eco-friendly products as durable as regular surf gear?
Absolutely! Our Eco Collection, Eco Shorts, and Eco-Lastics are designed to meet the same performance standards as our traditional products while reducing environmental impact. They’re tested by surfers in real conditions to ensure durability.

Shipping & Delivery

Where does Vissla ship?
We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions due to customs complexities. Our warehouse is in Memphis, US, and we use DHL, FedEx, and EMS for international shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after processing ($12.95)
Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 business days after processing (free on orders over $50)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Can I expedite my shipping?

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Visit our Returns page for full details and to initiate a return.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
